Symptoms

Agentin asennus epäonnistuu ja näyttöön tulee seuraava virhe:

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

pikanäppäimellä /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log Osoittaa:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager File System (FS) Agent on myös asennettu Hyper-V-palvelimeen. 

Resolution

  1. Poista isännän asennus Protection Engine -sivulta.
  2. Siirry PowerProtect Data Manager Appliancessa /etc/ssl/certificates hakemistoon ja etsi kansio, jonka nimen, jota ongelma koskee.
  3. Poista haavoittuvuuden sisältävän palvelimen kansio tai nimeä se uudelleen.
  4. Yritä asennusta uudelleen Protection Engine -sivulta.
