Symptoms

L'installazione dell'agent ha esito negativo con il seguente errore:

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

La colonna /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log Mostra:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

Sull'Hyper-V Server è installato anche l'agent File System (FS) di PowerProtect Data Manager. 

Resolution

  1. Disinstallare l'host dalla pagina Protection Engine .
  2. In PowerProtect Data Manager Appliance, accedere a /etc/ssl/certificates e individuare la cartella con il nome dei server interessati.
  3. Eliminare o rinominare la cartella del server interessato.
  4. Riprovare l'installazione dalla pagina Protection Engine .
