Symptoms

エージェントのインストールが次のエラーで失敗します。

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

「 /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log 示します：

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

PowerProtect Data Managerファイル システム(FS)エージェントは、Hyper-V Serverにもインストールされます。 

Resolution

  1. [Protection Engine]ページからホストをアンインストールします。
  2. PowerProtect Data Managerアプライアンスで、 /etc/ssl/certificates ディレクトリに移動し、影響を受けるサーバー名のフォルダーを見つけます。
  3. 影響を受けるサーバーのフォルダーを削除するか、名前を変更します。
  4. [Protection Engine]ページからインストールを再試行します。
