Symptoms

에이전트 설치가 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

이 /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log 보여 줍니다:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager FS(File System) 에이전트도 Hyper-V Server에 설치됩니다. 

Resolution

  1. Protection Engine 페이지에서 호스트를 제거합니다.
  2. PowerProtect Data Manager 어플라이언스에서 /etc/ssl/certificates 디렉토리로 이동하여 영향을 받는 서버 이름이 있는 폴더를 찾습니다.
  3. 영향을 받는 서버의 폴더를 삭제하거나 이름을 바꿉니다.
  4. Protection Engine 페이지에서 설치를 재시도합니다.
