PowerProtect Data Manager: De installatie van Hyper-V Agent mislukt met fout ACGHV0003

Symptoms

De installatie van de agent mislukt met de volgende fout:

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

De /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log Toont:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

De PowerProtect Data Manager File System (FS) Agent is ook geïnstalleerd op de Hyper-V Server. 

Resolution

  1. Verwijder de host van de pagina Protection Engine .
  2. Blader op de PowerProtect Data Manager appliance naar de /etc/ssl/certificates en zoek de map met de naam van de getroffen server.
  3. Verwijder of wijzig de naam van de map van de betreffende server.
  4. Probeer de installatie opnieuw vanaf de pagina Protection Engine .
