Symptoms

Agentinstallasjonen mislykkes med følgende feilmelding:

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

Informasjonen i /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log Viser:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager File System (FS)-agenten er også installert på Hyper-V-serveren. 

Resolution

  1. Avinstaller verten fra Protection Engine-siden .
  2. Bla til verktøyet PowerProtect Data Manager for PowerProtect Data Manager /etc/ssl/certificates -katalogen og finn mappen med navnet på de berørte serverne.
  3. Slett eller gi nytt navn til mappen til den berørte serveren.
  4. Prøv installasjonen på nytt fra Protection Engine-siden.
