Symptoms

Instalacja agenta kończy się niepowodzeniem z powodu następującego błędu:

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

Pakiet /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log Pokazuje:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

Agent systemu plików (FS) PowerProtect Data Manager jest również zainstalowany na serwerze Hyper-V. 

Resolution

  1. Odinstaluj hosta ze strony Protection Engine .
  2. W urządzeniu PowerProtect Data Manager przejdź do /etc/ssl/certificates i znajdź folder z nazwą serwerów, których dotyczy problem.
  3. Usuń lub zmień nazwę folderu serwera, którego dotyczy problem.
  4. Ponów próbę instalacji ze strony Protection Engine.
