PowerProtect Data Manager: Falha na instalação do Agente Hyper-V com ACGHV0003 de erro

Symptoms

Falha na instalação do agente com o seguinte erro:

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

A coluna /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log programas:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

O agente de file system (FS) do PowerProtect Data Manager também está instalado no Hyper-V Server. 

Resolution

  1. Desinstale o host na página Protection Engine .
  2. No PowerProtect Data Manager Appliance, navegue até /etc/ssl/certificates e localize a pasta com o nome dos servidores afetados.
  3. Exclua ou renomeie a pasta do servidor afetado.
  4. Repita a instalação na página Protection Engine .
