PowerProtect Data Manager. Сбой установки агента Hyper-V с ошибкой ACGHV0003

Symptoms

Сбой установки агента со следующей ошибкой:

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

Переменная /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log Показывает:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

Агент файловой системы (FS) PowerProtect Data Manager также устанавливается на сервере Hyper-V. 

Resolution

  1. Удалите хост со страницы Protection Engine .
  2. На устройстве PowerProtect Data Manager перейдите к /etc/ssl/certificates и найдите папку с именем затронутых серверов.
  3. Удалите или переименуйте папку затронутого сервера.
  4. Повторите попытку установки со страницы Protection Engine.
