Symptoms

Agentinstallationen misslyckas med följande fel:

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

Informationen /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log Visar:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager File System (FS) Agent är också installerat på Hyper-V-servern. 

Resolution

  1. Avinstallera värden från sidan Protection Engine .
  2. På PowerProtect Data Manager-enheten bläddrar du till /etc/ssl/certificates katalogen och leta reda på mappen med namnet på de berörda servrarna.
  3. Ta bort eller byt namn på mappen på den berörda servern.
  4. Försök installera igen från sidan Protection Engine.
