Symptoms

代理程式安裝失敗，並出現以下錯誤：

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

可使用 /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log 顯示：

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager 檔案系統 （FS） 代理程式也會安裝在 Hyper-V 伺服器上。 

Resolution

  1. 從 「Protection Engine 」頁面解除安裝主機。
  2. 在 PowerProtect Data Manager 裝置上，瀏覽至 /etc/ssl/certificates 目錄，然後找到包含受影響伺服器名稱的資料夾。
  3. 刪除或重新命名受影響伺服器的資料夾。
  4. 從「Protection Engine」頁面重試安裝。
