Symptoms

Встановлення агента не вдається через таку помилку:

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

The /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log Шоу:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

Агент PowerProtect Data Manager File System (FS) також встановлений на сервері Hyper-V. 

Resolution

  1. Видаліть хост зі сторінки Protection Engine .
  2. На пристрої PowerProtect Data Manager перейдіть до /etc/ssl/certificates і знайти папку з ім'ям відповідного сервера.
  3. Видаліть або перейменуйте папку ураженого сервера.
  4. Спробуйте встановити ще раз зі сторінки Protection Engine.
