Symptoms

代理安装失败，并显示以下错误：

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

而 /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log 显示：

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager 文件系统 （FS） 代理也安装在 Hyper-V 服务器上。 

Resolution

  1. 从 Protection Engine 页面卸载主机。
  2. 在 PowerProtect Data Manager 一体机上，浏览到 /etc/ssl/certificates 目录中，然后找到具有受影响服务器名称的文件夹。
  3. 删除或重命名受影响服务器的文件夹。
  4. 从Protection Engine页面重试安装。
