Po uaktualnieniu aparatu raportowania lub nowym wdrożeniu rejestracja kończy się niepowodzeniem z powodu błędu:
MON0045: ERROR: The registration of PPDM IP ADDRESS is failed.
Cause
Dzieje się tak, ponieważ host PowerProtect Data Manager nie ma skonfigurowanego odwrotnego DNS.
Resolution
W menedżerze DNS dodaj odwrotne wyszukiwanie DNS dla hosta PowerProtect Data Manager i ponów próbę uaktualnienia lub wdrożenia mechanizmu raportowania.
