Symptoms
Raporlama motoru yükseltmesinden veya yeni bir dağıtımdan sonra kayıt şu hatayla başarısız olur:
MON0045: ERROR: The registration of PPDM IP ADDRESS is failed.
Cause
Bu durum, PowerProtect Data Manager ana bilgisayarında yapılandırılmış ters DNS bulunmamasından kaynaklanır.
Resolution
DNS yöneticisinden, PowerProtect Data Manager ana bilgisayarı için ters DNS aramasını ekleyin ve Raporlama Motoru'nu yükseltmeyi veya dağıtmayı yeniden deneyin.
