Symptoms
Solidigm PS1010 E1.S drives with firmware G77YG102 or G77YG103, the green LED is disabled when the drive is ejected using IPMI command.
Cause
Solidigm PS1010 E1.S drives with firmware G77YG102 or G77YG103 are generic drives; as such, their green LED behavior does not match the LED behavior of Dell‑branded drives.
Resolution
The drive is working as designed. This behavior is expected and is cosmetic only and does not affect the drive performance.
