PowerScale: CAVA-service uitgeschakeld na upgrade CEE

Fout in Windows-gebeurtenislogboeken:

CAVA has detected that the CAVASAV Agent has not been loaded or started. CAVA cannot process AV requests until the CAVASAV Agent is started

CAVA has detected that either there is no third party antivirus software installed or that the resident antivirus software, if any, has not been started. CAVA cannot process AV requests until the appropriate antivirus software is installed and started

HTTP-service is tijdens de installatie niet geselecteerd.

1. Schakel HTTP in - HTTP is standaard uitgeschakeld in CEE 9.x. Deze moet worden ingeschakeld tijdens de installatiewizard met behulp van het selectievakje HTTP-server inschakelen in het venster CEE-beveiligingsinstellingen configureren , zodat Dell platforms zoals PowerScale verbinding kunnen maken met CEE.
2. Configureer of schakel de AccessList uit : AccessList is standaard ingeschakeld, maar niet geconfigureerd. U moet het uitschakelen (als IP-gebaseerde beperking niet vereist is) of het configureren met de FQDN's/IP's van de OneFS-knooppunten die verbinding mogen maken met CEE.

Herinstallatie met deze geselecteerde opties zou verlichting moeten bieden.

Een andere methode is om ze te bewerken in regedit en start de Dell Services opnieuw. De twee toetsen die aangepast moeten worden zijn:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EMC\CEE\Configuration\Security\Http

"ServerEnabled" should be set to 1

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EMC\CEE\Configuration\Security\Access

"AccessListEnabled" should be set to 0 (unless in use)

Zodra dit is ingesteld, start u de Dell CAVA-service in services opnieuw.
