NetWorker：更換憑證後，Windows NMC 伺服器無法啟動 GSTD 服務

Summary: NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 伺服器會使用自我簽署憑證進行部署。自我簽署憑證已更換為 CA 簽署的伺服器憑證。更換 Windows NMC 伺服器上的憑證後，伺服器的 GSTD 服務無法啟動，並報告「gstd NSR 警告取得 SSL 的憑證和私密金鑰時發生錯誤」

Cause

這 cakey.pem 檔案是使用 PowerShell 建立的。預設的輸出檔案格式為 UTF-16 LE。在 GSTD 服務啟動期間未正確讀取檔案，導致故障。

Resolution

建立 cakey.pem 檔案中，強制執行 ASCII 編碼。範例：

Get-Content C:\tmp\server.key.pem, C:\tmp\server.crt.pem | Out-File C:\tmp\cakey.pem -Encoding ascii
