Síntomas

NMC(NetWorker Management Console) 데이터베이스 백업이 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생합니다. 
74920:save: Step (4 of 6) for PID-10128: Contacting the NetWorker server through the nsrd process to obtain a handle to the target media device through the nsrmmd process for the save set 'C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\nmcdb_stage\pgdata'.
174908:save: Saving the backup data in the pool 'backup_pool'.
175297:save: Unable to set up the direct save with server 'networker_server': no matching devices for save of client `nmc_server'; check storage nodes, devices or pools.

Causa

이 오류는 클라이언트NMC_Server 저장할 일치하는 디바이스가 감지되지 않음을 나타냅니다.  "NMC 서버 백업" 워크플로우에는 "Client can override"의 기본 클라이언트 재정의 옵션이 있습니다. 즉, 백업은 워크플로에 구성된 풀이 아니라 클라이언트의 풀 세트(설정된 경우)로 데이터를 전송합니다.

Resolución

  1. "Server Protection\NMC server backup" 워크플로우에서 "client can override"가 선택되어 있는지 확인합니다(기본값).
  2. 워크플로우에서 "client can override"가 활성화된 경우 NMC 서버 클라이언트의 클라이언트 속성을 엽니다.
참고: 클라이언트 속성에서 풀 설정을 보려면 NMC에서 View-Diagnostic> 모드를 활성화해야 합니다.

  1. 클라이언트에 풀이 설정된 경우 이 풀에 마운트된 디바이스가 있고 이 디바이스의 스토리지 노드가 준비되었는지 확인합니다.
