Symptômes
使用 VxRail 附掛程式在節點上新增磁碟群組，在進度 30% 時回報以下錯誤。
Adding disks to create new disk group failed on host <HOSTNAME>
iDRAC 中沒有關於錯誤的詳細資料，且三個磁碟已正確報告。我們也可以在 VxRail 實體檢視中看到磁碟
DG 為部分建立，可能會在「磁碟管理」中列為不健全，而所有磁碟的健全狀況狀態為：未知
無法從「磁碟管理」中移除 DG，但此選項可用於複製 VSAN 磁碟群組 UUID。
使用 ESXCLI 命令移除 DG：
esxcli vsan storage remove -u <VSAN DISK GROUP UUID>重新建立再次失敗，並報告此錯誤：
A general system error ocurred: Unable to create LSOM file system for the vSAN disk naa.... please see VMkernel.log for more details.
Cause
這是 ESXi 主機上缺少可用記憶體。
檢查節點與 vCenter 之間的時間同步是否正確。
確認問題是由節點中缺少記憶體資源所造成。
vmkernel.log：
下圖顯示 ESXi 主機已耗用超過 96% 的記憶體。

Résolution
若要解決此問題，請遷移 VM 或關閉 VM 電源，以釋放節點上的記憶體。
