PowerProtect Data Manager: Exchange-back-up mislukt met initialisatiefout

In het logboek van de Application Agent of in het logboek Taak exporteren wordt de volgende fout weergegeven:

Open een nieuwe Exchange PowerShell en controleer of deze correct verbinding maakt met Active Directory.

1. Het geconfigureerde gebruikersaccount beschikte niet over de vereiste bevoegdheden (raadpleeg de Exchange-gebruikershandleiding).
2. Er is andere back-upsoftware geïnstalleerd (bijvoorbeeld Avamar client of NetWorker client).

1. Configureer de beheerdersgebruiker met de AppAgent Exchange Admin-configuratietool als het niet correct wordt gedaan om het back-upaccount toegangsmachtiging te verlenen met de beheerdersrol.
2. Verwijder de andere back-upsoftware (bijvoorbeeld Avamar of NetWorker) en start de host opnieuw op.
