Como instalar o módulo do NetWorker para bancos de dados e aplicativos (NMDA) para Oracle no Linux.

A instalação do NMDA no Linux para backups de banco de dados Oracle é composta de duas etapas.   

• Instalando o software usando o RPM
• Vinculando a biblioteca Oracle do NMDA com o Oracle  

1. Como usuário root, execute o comando RPM e certifique-se de que o NetWorker lgtoclnte pacote de client estendido lgtoxtdclnt estão instalados no host Oracle. 

   rpm -qa |grep -i lgt
   lgtoclnt-19.14.0.0-1.x86_64
   lgtoxtdclnt-19.14.0.0-1.x86_64
   

2. Verifique se o processo nsrexecd em segundo plano do NetWorker está em execução e inicie-o, se não estiver.

   [root@nmda19-1 nsr]# ps -ef |grep -i nsr
   
   [root@nmda19-1 nsr]# systemctl start networker
   
   [root@nmda19-1 nsr]# ps -ef |grep -i nsr
   root      434734       1  1 15:59 ?        00:00:00 /usr/sbin/nsrexecd

3. Descompacte e extraia a bola de tar NMDA baixada anteriormente.

   [root@nmda19-1 19.4]# gunzip nmda19401_linux_x86_64.tar.gz
   [root@nmda19-1 19.4]# ls
   nmda19401_linux_x86_64.tar
   [root@nmda19-1 19.4]# tar -xvf nmda19401_linux_x86_64.tar
   LGTO_METAFILE_linux86w_nmda.mf
   lgtonmda-19.4.0.1-1.x86_64.rpm
   sd_products.res
   [root@nmda19-1 19.4]#
   

4. Usando o instalador do RPM, instale o software NMDA.

   [root@nmda19-1 19.4]# rpm -ivh lgtonmda-19.4.0.1-1.x86_64.rpm

   ***  Important Information for Configuring NetWorker Module backups   ***

   You can now start the NMC Backup Configuration wizard to configure the backups.
   To start the wizard:
   1. In your web browser, go to the URL of the console server
      http://nmc_server_name:9000 (the default port is 9000).
   2. Log in to the console server.
   3. Select the appropriate server name, click Launch NetWorker Administration
      in the right pane to start the NetWorker Administration interface.
   4. Click the Protection button, right-click Clients in the left pane, and
      select New or New Client Wizard from the menu.

5. Tornar-se o usuário Oracle (o usuário proprietário do $ORACLE_HOME ) e crie um link simbólico para a biblioteca NMDA.

    su - oracle
    cd $ORACLE_HOME/lib
    ln -s /usr/lib/libnsrora.so  libobk.so

     8. Confirme se você pode alocar um canal SBT usando o novo NMDA biblioteca, conectando-se a RMAN e executar um script simples.
