Causa
Si è verificato un errore off-by one nel codice di PowerPath in cui si tenta di aggiungere una partizione due volte con thread diversi.
In questa situazione non dovrebbe esserci alcun impatto sull host, ma verranno visualizzati lo stack e il messaggio.
Risoluzione
La correzione sarà inclusa nella versione disponibile su larga scala di PowerPath 6.2.
