Sintomi
iDRAC event MEM7104 occurs, and RED alarm VXR500MEM7104 presents in vCenter portal.
Causa
A critical diagnostic event occurred in the memory device at the location identified in the message. Performing a cold reboot is recommended for remediation. On cold boot the system attempts to perform self-healing or self-correction.
Risoluzione
Perform a cold reboot to allow server to attempt self-healing or self-correction.
If a cold reboot has already occurred after this message, then no further action is required.
If the issue persists, contact your service provider, then provide this message number (MEM7104) and the debug code displayed in the event message.
