Sintomi

Avamar 版本 19.x
Avamar：選取「使用 REST 通訊用憑證驗證」複選
框時，無法在 AUI 中編輯 DD 系統。問題僅存在於 AUI 中，而非 JAVA GUI。
問題是當您移至 AUI -> System -> Data Domain -> Edit DD 時，您會輸入 ddboost 認證，然後按一下驗證失敗並顯示下列錯誤訊息。 
Failed to get Data Domain system information.
Please check DDBoost credential is correct and Avamar generated public key is imported to DataDomain system if needed.

Causa

只有在啟用 Avamar 會話安全性功能時，才支援「REST 通訊使用憑證驗證」功能。
如果停用 Avamar 會話安全性，您會從「徵兆」區段收到錯誤。

Risoluzione

使用下列命令作為 Avamar 伺服器上的 root，以檢查目前的會話安全性設定： 
enable_secure_config.sh --showconfig

如果停用會話安全性，則會顯示下列內容：

Secure Data Domain Feature is Disabled.
