Sintomi

Auf dem Array waren sowohl symauth als auch symacl aktiviert

. In symapi.log wurden folgende Fehler gefunden:

Der obige Fehler weist auf ein Problem mit symauth hin. Allerdings ist die Option aktiviert. 
 "symauth show -username"
und überprüft, dass derselbe Benutzer in 
 "symauth -sid <SID> list -users"
 Auch überprüft 
"symacl -sid <sid> show accgroup Admingrp"
und überprüft, ob der Host Teil von symacl AdminGrp ist.

Versuchte Synchronisierung durch Ausführen von 
"symcfg sync -sid <SID>"
Die Synchronisierung schlug jedoch mit dem Fehler "Symmetrix access control denied the request" fehl.

Risoluzione

Führen Sie 
"symacl -sid XXX show accgroup AdminGrp -acl"
und überprüfen Sie, ob AdminGrp über den erforderlichen Zugriffstyp verfügt 
C:\>symacl -sid XXX show accgroup AdminGrp -acl

Symmetrix ID: 000197XXXX
    Group Name                            Pool Name                            Access Type
    ----------------------------------    ---------------------------------    -----------
    AdminGrp                              ALL_DEVS                             ADMIN
    AdminGrp                              ALL_DEVS                             ALL

In der obigen Ausgabe sehen wir, dass AdminGrp den Zugriffstyp ADMIN und ALL. hat. Wir müssen andere geeignete Zugriffsrechte hinzufügen, um Befehle auszuführen, z. B. BASE und BASECTRL, um andere Befehle auszuführen.

Dabei enthält die Datei Folgendes: 
grant access=AccessType to accgroup GroupName for accpool PoolName | ALL | NON-POOLED devs
Nachdem AdminGrp der BASE - und BASECTRL-Zugriff gewährt wurde, konnten wir die Befehle fehlerfrei ausführen. 
C:\>symacl -sid XXX show accgroup AdminGrp -acl
