Sintomi

The NetWorker server is installed on a Linux host.

The daemon.raw is logging a licensing error. 
  • Linux: /nsr/logs/daemon.raw
  • Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\daemon.raw
Error while initializing the CLP licensing related libraries: nsrlmc Unable to load library libxmlsec1.so libltdl.so.7: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Causa

NetWorker 19.9 started using an XML license which has a dependency on library package libxmlsec1.so.

Risoluzione

Install library package libxmlsec1.so. 

The libxmlsec1.so. library package has several further dependencies on other packages as well and one of them is libltdl.so.7. A fully updated Linux operating system should have all the required packages already installed.
