Uninstalling PowerPath:
See the PowerPath and PowerPath-VE Family for Windows 8.0 and Minor Releases Installation and Administration Guide chapter 5 on how to remove PowerPath.
This is an offline procedure as it requires at least one reboot.
If a Migration(s) is (are) pending. Cannot uninstall error appears during the uninstall, see Dell KB 000183888 And try again.
If any other errors occur when uninstalling PowerPath, open a case with Dell. Any errors, PowerPath version, Windows version must be included. A Grab for Windows may also be needed.

Any feature that relies on PowerPath will no longer be available after PowerPath has been uninstalled:
- Load balancing for SRDF/Metro or VPLEX Metro optimal and non-optimal paths is not available in native MPIO.
- PowerPath Migration enabler is not be available.
- PowerPath remote component is not be available.
- Information that either Unisphere or PowerPath Management Appliance gathers concerning PowerPath is no longer be available.
