PowerProtect Data Manager：File System Agentのバックアップが「SQLiteデータベースの初期化に失敗しました」で失敗する

SQLiteデータベースの初期化に失敗したというエラーを伴うエージェントの問題により、PowerProtect Data Manager File System Agentのバックアップが失敗します。アプリケーション エージェントのログには、次の情報が表示されます。

Data Domain UIにログインしようとすると、無効なログイン エラーで失敗します。SSH経由でData Domainに接続して証明書を確認すると、https証明書の有効期限が切れていると表示されます。

Data Domain証明書を更新してから、PowerProtect Data Managerで証明書を更新する必要があります。Data Domain: Data Domain https証明書を更新するために、https証明書の有効期限が切れているため、Web UIにアクセスできません。

Data Domainで証明書が更新されたら、PowerProtect Data Managerで証明書を更新します。



影響を受けるポリシーでは、Data Domainが欠落しているフォルダーを作成できるようにするために、失敗した構成ジョブを再開する必要があります。
