증상

  • NMC(NetWorker Management Console)에 보고된 다음 오류로 NMDA DB2 백업이 실패합니다.
Unable to obtain the user credentials from the lockbox due to the following error: 'Authentication denied'.ERROR: Error retrieving password from the Networker lockbox.

NMDA backup failed.

72104:nsrdasv: ERROR: Error retrieving password from the Networker lockbox.

원인

DB2 클라이언트의 루트 계정에는 Lockbox 파일에 액세스할 수 있는 권한이 없습니다.

해결

1. NetWorker Management Console에 관리자 계정(또는 애플리케이션 관리자 권한이 있는 계정)으로 로그인합니다.
2. Server->Lockboxes로 이동합니다.
3. Lockboxes 창에서 DB2 클라이언트의 Lockbox 속성을 엽니다.
4. General 탭에서 Users 필드를 업데이트하여 "user=root,host=client_name"를 포함합니다.

5. 확인을 클릭하여 변경 사항을 저장합니다.
6. 백업 재실행
