Symptomen

Quando si esegue l'accesso all'interfaccia utente su un nodo specifico, viene visualizzato il seguente errore nella notifica del dashboard o dell'EULA:
Errore 6500

 

Oorzaak

Esistono tre servizi ECS responsabili dell'accesso all'interfaccia utente, stat, "ecsportalsvc" e "obcontrolsvc": questi hanno voci obsolete che non consentono all'interfaccia utente di accedere.

 

Oplossing

Sul nodo interessato, riavviare stat, ecsportalsvc e obcontrolsvc. Non vi è alcun impatto sul riavvio di questi servizi, ma è importante notare che gli avvisi generati nell'interfaccia utente di un altro nodo sono ora collegati a questi riavvii:

 

Utilizzo degli strumenti di assistenza:

Verificare sul nodo pertinente (rack 1, nodo 1) che i servizi siano stati riavviati e assicurarsi che non vi siano servizi non in esecuzione:
