Solução de problemas do Dell AR Assistant
Se o Dell AR Assistant não reconhecer seu produto Dell compatível, verifique se você está perto o suficiente para que o aplicativo Bloqueio ativado
ao dispositivo.
Outras formas que ajudam a travá-lo:
- Segure o smartphone em um ângulo de 45 graus em relação ao computador, não diretamente sobre ele e tente encaixar o computador no contorno branco.
- Pressione o botão AR Assistant, no lado esquerdo da tela, para redefini-lo.
- Tente diferentes ângulos ao redor do computador (inferior, superior, levemente para a esquerda ou para a direita).
- Troque a iluminação ao redor do computador. É recomendável usar luz natural.
- Altere o plano de fundo movendo o computador para outro local de trabalho.
- Tente segurar o telefone por 2-3 segundos na posição, você pode detectar um atraso com a câmera se conectando ao aplicativo.
Se for necessária uma visualização mais próxima, aproxime a câmera do dispositivo. Se você perder o bloqueio de AR, volte para readquiri-lo e vá aproximando lentamente.
