Sintomas

NetWorker REST API 작업이 HTTP 500(내부 서버 오류)과 함께 실패합니다.

웹 브라우저에서 REST API 엔드포인트에 액세스(https://NW_SERVER_ADDRESS:9090/nwrestapi/v3/global) 보고서:
HTTP 상태 500 오류 librestapi64가 이미 다른 클래스 로더에 로드되었습니다.

/nsr/logs/restapi/restapi.log에 오류나 정보가 기록되지 않았습니다.

Causa

NetWorker Server OS(Operating System)는 사용된 NetWorker 버전에서 공식적으로 지원되지 않습니다.

 

예를 들어, 이 문제는 NetWorker 19.9를 사용하는 동안 기존 NetWorker Server를 Red Hat 7.9에서 Red Hat 9.5로 업그레이드한 후에 나타났습니다. NetWorker 19.9는 공식적으로 Red Hat 9.5를 지원하지 않습니다. 지원되지 않는 운영 체제에 새 NetWorker Server 버전이 설치된 경우 업그레이드하지 않아도 이 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다.
