Symptoms

SourceOne Email Supervisor version is below the 7.21.1109 version level. 
When selecting a message in the Supervisor Review Client, the preview pane displays HTML source code instead of  user-friendly text.
If the message is opened in a native viewer, the message displays as expected.
For example the following might be displayed in the preview pane:

Cause

This problem is caused by a software defect.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in patches or Service Pack versions of EMC SourceOne Email Supervisor on or higher than  7.2.1.1109 (HFB 2).

Hotfix Bundles and Service Pack kits are available for download via https://www.dell.com/support.
* Please note, Hotfixes are only available for the most current patch or Service Pack versions of the product that were available when this problem was resolved.
** Please note that it is always recommended to upgrade to the latest version of the SourceOne release, service pack and Hot Fix Bundle to ensure all currently resolved issues will be fixed including the issue as stated above
