Wanneer u probeert DPA te upgraden of te installeren op een applicatie- of datastoreserver op Linux, wordt het installatieprogramma onmiddellijk afgesloten met de volgende fout in de opdrachtregel:

Cause

Data Protection Advisor werkt naar behoren.
Bepaalde 64-bits systeembibliotheken zijn niet geïnstalleerd op het besturingssysteem

Om de ontbrekende systeembibliotheken te identificeren, kan de volgende opdracht worden uitgevoerd op libawt_xawt.so, die zich bevindt op <install_dir>/services/_jre/lib/amd64/:

ldd libawt_xawt.so

Resolution

De ontbrekende bibliotheken moeten op het besturingssysteem worden geïnstalleerd om het installatieprogramma met succes te kunnen voltooien. Tools zoals Yum of Yast kunnen worden gebruikt om de ontbrekende bibliotheken te installeren.
Zodra de installatie van de ontbrekende bibliotheken is voltooid, kan de volgende opdracht opnieuw worden uitgevoerd om te bevestigen dat alle vereiste bibliotheken nu aanwezig zijn:
