Symptoms

Dell Peripheral Manager (DPeM) may not detect the Dell wireless headset when connecting it to their computer using Bluetooth connection.

Affected Headsets:

  • Dell Pro Wireless Headset WL3024
  • Dell Pro Premium Wireless ANC Headset WL7024

Cause

DPeM version 1.7.0 and below does not support Bluetooth for Dell Pro Wireless Headset WL3024 or Dell Pro Premium Wireless ANC Headset WL7024.

Resolution

Updating to DPeM version 1.7.2 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install DPeM, reference How to Download and Install Dell Drivers.
