During an array code upgrade, a datastore may show as inaccessible in vSphere:

The VASA Provider goes offline during an array code upgrade and should automatically come back up showing an active-standby state:
The VASA Provider Product Guide states:

Resolution
- The VASA Provider goes offline during an array code upgrade and should automatically come up showing an active-standby state.
- After the code upgrade is complete, all datastores that were accessible prior to the code upgrade should again show as accessible.
- There should not be any requirement to re-register the VASA Provider in vSphere once the code upgrade is complete.
- If the datastores show inaccessible after a planned upgrade, it will be necessary to create a support ticket and engage Dell Support.
