MSIexec-reparatie bij ontbrekende C:ProgramDataCredantEMSLogs
Summary: Als de map C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs ontbreekt, probeert de MSIexec tool een reparatie uit te voeren op de Dell Data Protection | Installatie van versleuteling.

Resolution
De EMS-logboeklocatie is verplaatst in Dell Data Protection | Versleuteling 8.3.0 van C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs naar C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption. Het Windows-installatieprogramma kan echter nog steeds de vorige locatie in de cache hebben opgeslagen. Als de map C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs handmatig wordt verwijderd, MSIexec probeert de map te herstellen wanneer de gebruiker met de rechtermuisknop op een bestand in Windows Verkenner klikt.
Stoppen MSIExec van het herstellen van de Dell Data Protection | Versleutelingsinstallatie, maak de map C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs opnieuw.
Dit probleem is opgelost in Dell Data Protection | Versleuteling v8.5.0 en hoger.
