Dopo i passaggi 5 e 6, quando si raggiunge il 99% di avanzamento, nell'interfaccia utente di Unisphere viene visualizzato il seguente messaggio di errore:

"The system encountered an unexpected error. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x7d13001)"

原因

Si verifica un problema durante il caricamento del file Unity OE. Generalmente ci sono due (2) motivi:

 

  • Il file è danneggiato.
    • È probabile che il file non sia stato copiato interamente dalle pagine di supporto o da altre posizioni.
  • Si è verificato un problema di connettività intermittente tra l'interfaccia utente di Unisphere e la posizione da cui è stato copiato il file OE.
