Para habilitar Support Assist en 5.3, Connectemc debe tener una dirección de correo electrónico "desde".
解决方案
Siga estos pasos para ingresar una dirección de remitente ficticia y configurar support Assist:
- Obtenga el servidor SMTP actual con "uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail"
- Vuelva a configurar ConnectHome con un --sendermail ficticio:
svc_connectemc --enable --sendermail test@test.com
- Configurar Support Assist con SCG
