A few Dell computer users have reported that their 7/8.1 systems encountered an upgrade failure with an error of: 0x80240020.
原因
Working with Dell technical support, it was determined that an unspecified issue with Windows was the cause.
解析度
Running the Windows update troubleshooter in Windows 7 or 8.1 resolves the issue, and allows the Windows 10 upgrade to proceed successfully (See Figure 1).
