Removing the system board

1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
   1. base cover
   2. battery
   3. SSD
   4. WLAN card
   5. WWAN card
   6. coin cell
3. Disconnect the following cables from the system board:
   1. speaker cable
   2. touch pad cable
   3. smart card cable
   4. display cable
   5. LED cable
   6. array mic cable
   7. finger print cable
   8. WWAN AUX antenna cable
   9. NFC cable
   
4. To remove the system board:
   1. Remove the screws that secure the system board to the computer [1].
   2. Remove the screws that secure the metal tab and remove it from the computer [2, 3].
   
5. Lift the system board from the computer.
