Workspace mode

The Workspace mode is a newly launched style for the ThinOS device. It enables you to customize the look and feel of your ThinOS to match the Citrix Workspace-based layout of published applications and desktops. Workspace Mode displays both the ThinOS taskbar and the Workspace desktop.

To enable the Workspace Mode option on ThinOS, do the following:
  1. On the ThinOS desktop, go to System Setup > Remote Connections.
  2. Click the Broker Setup tab.
  3. From the Select Broker Type drop-down list, select Citrix.
  4. Select the Workspace Mode check box, and click OK.
  5. Log in to the Citrix session.

Desktop elements Displays the ThinOS full taskbar and the Workspace desktop.
Access all published desktops Click the Desktops icon on the purple ribbon to access all the published desktops.
Access all published apps Click the APPS icon on the purple ribbon to access all the published desktops.
Access favorites Click the Favorites icon on the purple ribbon.
Access Connection Manager Click the button menu on the upper-right corner of the screen, and then click Connection Manager.
Refresh Citrix application Click the button menu on the upper-right corner of the screen, and then click Refresh.
Reconnect a session Click the button menu on the upper-right corner of the screen, and then click Connection Center > Reconnect.
Disconnect from the session Click the button menu on the upper-right corner of the screen, and then click Connection Center > Disconnect.
Log off all the connected ICA sessions Click the button menu on the upper-right corner of the screen, and then click Connection Center > Logoff.
Switch accounts Click the button menu on the upper-right corner of the screen, and switch accounts based on your requirement. This is applicable only when you use multilogon or join multiple farms.
Sign out of the Broker agent Click the button menu on the upper-right corner of the screen, and then click Sign out.
Use search bar Use the search bar on the upper-right of the screen to search for your workspace item. You can open applications directly from the search results.
Access Desktop Viewer or Toolbar

Click the Desktop Viewer/Toolbar button on the top center of the Citrix session screen.

You can switch between Windowed Mode and Full-Screen Mode in a Citrix session.
