Removing the Display Bezel

  1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer .
  2. Remove the:
    1. base cover

    2. battery

    3. display assembly

  3. Perform the following steps:
    1. Peel the plastic adhesive to access the display-bezel screws [1].
    2. Remove the screws that secure the display bezel to the display assembly [2].
