Delete File Control Network

The File control network which is no longer used for any replication workflows can be deleted. Prior to deleting the file control network, the replication sessions and remote connections need to be deleted.

About this task

Once the local PowerMax array is selected, follow the below steps to delete File control network:

Steps

  1. SelectData Protection.
  2. SelectFile Protection.
  3. Click on REPLICATION tab.
  4. Under FILE CONTROL NETWORK tab, select the check box against File Control Network you want to delete.
  5. Click the Delete icon. The Delete File Control Network wizard opens.
  6. Click OK to delete the File Control Network.

Results

This operation now deletes the File Control Network.
NOTE Before deleting File Control Network, Remote Connection must be deleted.
