Rediscovering an initiator

1. From the GUI main menu, do one of the following:
   1. In a metro node Local:
      1. Select Provision Storage.
      2. In the View by drop-down, select Initiators.
   2. In a metro node Metro:
      1. Select Provision Storage.
      2. In the Provision on drop-down, select the cluster of the port.
      3. In the View by drop-down, select Initiators.
2. In the Initiators view, select MORE > Rediscover Initiators.
3. Click OK to continue rediscovering initiators. This process might take some time.
4. Do one of the following:
   • If the rediscovery completes with no errors, a green check mark displays in the Result column. Click Close.
   • If an error occurs, a warning symbol displays in the Result column. Click Close and retry the rediscovery.
