Description The following error message is displayed in the AppAssure Appliance Configuration Wizard:
A critical error occurred while running prerequisite checks. Call Dell support for further assistance.
Workaround/Solution
  1. Navigate to Server ManagerToolsServicesDSM SA Data Manager propertiesStartup type.
  2. Select Automatic.
  3. Log out and log in again to restart AppAssure Appliance Configuration Wizard.
