Procedure
- Align the screw holes on the keyboard with the screw holes on the palm-rest assembly.
- Replace the screws that secure the keyboard to the palm-rest assembly.
- Adhere the touch-pad cable, the I/O-board cable, and the keyboard-controls board cable to the keyboard.
- Slide the keyboard cable and the keyboard-backlight cable into the keyboard-controls board and press down on the latches to secure the cables.
