Dell Command | Update provides the following features in this release.

  • Change in product name from Dell Client System Update to Dell Command | Update .
  • Support for installing base drivers on a system that contains an operating system, network adapter, network driver, and Dell Command | Update, by using the Advanced Driver Restore feature.
  • Support for updating intra-component dependencies as shown in the Partner Development Kit (PDK) catalog.
  • Notification when system restore points are created.
  • A streamlined Graphical User Interface (GUI) for easier use.
