After upgrading to ECS 4.0, attempts to lock a node may fail if an SSH rate limiter is active on the node. This results in the node status appearing as "unknown" or "locked" in the ECS Web UI, while SSH access remains available. A STIG rule that applies an SSH rate limiter, which is not compatible with SLES15 causes this issue.
